The space
This modern condo is a very unique corner unit on the 5th floor with direct bay, ship canal view and a partial beach corner view. There are 2 full bathrooms. It is completely updated, has a King size bed with brand new mattress in the bedroom, full sleeper sofa in a living room. Extra fold out twin bed is available for a total number of 5 guests. Fully equipped kitchenette, washer and dryer in unit, brand new everything (furniture and electronics). Cable and high speed WiFi, 2 TVs (smart TV in the living room – you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix).
Beautifully tiled floors throughout, plenty of closet space, stainless steel brand new appliances, access to a large balcony from both living room and the bedroom, large pantry. Fully serviced lobby with free morning coffee for all guests who stay at Islander East. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a morning coffee while watching the area of the Galveston’s East Beach. Or take a very short walk to the water’s edge and get in the morning jog. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see!
