The space on the Vista of Palm Beach
You will stay in an all on one level, spacious 1,600 sq ft 3 -bedroom/2 bath stand alone house located on two lots in a highly sought after Palm Beach and is only one block from the beach. You could enjoy sunsets from the deck or take a short stroll to the private beach. The house is ideal for families and couples gatherings and friends retreats and pets are welcome. King size bed with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. An additional pull-out sofa is available in a living room. Total number of guests the house sleeps in available setup beds is 10.
Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Cable and high speed WiFi, 58-inch TV, DVD/CD player (and a collection of DVDs), access to a large deck from both living room and the master bedroom. Plenty of board games and cards and selection of books are provided for your entertainment. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family and pets. Sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee or take a very short walk to the water’s edge and get in the morning jog on an endless private beach where vehicles are not permitted. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see!
